We are in the middle of last-minute preparations for a big camping trip next week, and I am helping. Well, Mommy and Daddy are preparing; I'm mostly doing this:
I supervise while they get ready to go to the Grand Canyon! Yes, that's right--we're going to the Grand Canyon for a whole week! I am so excited, but also a little bit nervous because I think it might be cold. It is actually supposed to snow a little bit next week. Eek! I really wish I had a snowsuit now. But we're bringing all of my jackets and my long underwear, so hopefully I'll be warm. And Mommy got a new, big and wide zero degree sleeping bag, so we will both be warm at night.

You're so lucky you get to go with your parents to the Grand Canyon. My mom and Leah are going hiking down into Havasu Canyon (part of the Grand Canyon) in June and they're not bringing me! Have you ever been there before? My mom says it's the more incredibly awesome and beautiful place. Have a great time!
