Hi Furiends!
I am resting my back and taking my meds. I am allowed to go in the back yard for fresh air and bathroom breaks, as long as I don't run around like a crazy dog. Today I did my best patriotic pose on my bridge. I hope all my American furiends have a safe and fun day celebrating with their peoples!

It is hard not to run around like a crazy dog in the sunshine Poppy but try and take it easy and rest your back.
